
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a few chia seeds if desired.
- Enjoy fresh.
